Show & Tell: I am an Indian Giver (literally)

If it’s Sunday, it’s Mel’s Show & Tell.

Remember the skyline from my deck, the Sleeping Indian?

Well I caught him at sunset. I wanted to share him with you, in all his majesty.

(His facial profile can be seen about a third-way from the left. Click to enlarge.)

This made me think about how important it is to look around every day and be grateful for what I have. I live in such a beautiful area, but can become so busy and focused in day-to-day activities that I forget to look around, appreciate the scenery and count my many blessings.

I too am a Coloradoan – live in Arvada & work in Golden. The best thing about views like that is we never take them for granted. They don’t get boring. : )
